Bishop O'Gorman Catholic Schools has an opening at Holy Spirit Elementary for an Enrichment teacher. The Enrichment teacher runs the Enrichment program which is thoughtfully designed for high-achieving elementary students who crave a challenge in reading and math. These students consistently demonstrate that they are performing at least one grade level beyond their peers. The Enrichment teacher serves about 15-25% of students in grades 3-6 in this alternative curriculum. Their main objective is to plan and execute lessons designed specifically for increased rigor, higher grade-level standards, personalized learning, small group instruction, critical thinking, and depth of knowledge on a multitude of topics.
