This position is for the summer (May 21 thru August 10).  Will have a bus run in the morning (estimating around 7:30) and afternoon (estimating around 5:00-5:30)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan route(s)
• Walk around bus prior to departure for visual safety check
• Punctually pick up/drop off  students
• Monitor cell phone
• Monitor and supervise seating for safety
• Report behavioral issues to administration
• Report to administration any school bus maintenance issues
• Fuel vehicle & check tire pressure/fluid levels for next use
• Secure back door of vehicle when done with route
• Allow no additional riders without preapproval by administration
• Various additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Has a clean driving record
• Cass “C” CDL drivers license with (P) passenger endorsement
• Must pass a DLT physical
• Enjoys assisting children
• Dependable & punctual
